How do I join the Loyalty Program?
+Enrollment can be done through 3 mediums:
- At the Mobility Station: Provide your mobile number to the fuel attendant/cashier.
- WhatsApp: By sending a message to a provided number with the necessary details.
- By using a provided URL or QR code.
How can I start collecting Smiles?
+By making purchases at the Mobility Stations, quoting Registered Mobile Number on every purchase and earning Smiles on that.
When do my Smiles expire?
+Smiles collected during purchases would be valid for 36 months from the month of accrual.
How can I redeem my Smiles?
+Redemption is very simple and can be done by informing the fuel attendant/ cashier, quoting Registered Mobile Number and providing OTP sent on the Registered Mobile Number.
