The invoice for the charging session will be sent on the registered email ID and will also be immediately available in your app at the end of the charging session in history.
No, you can make payment via multiple digital payment options available on the application
You can start a charging session by opening the app and selecting the Scan option. Scan the QR code at the charging point. If your wallet has minimum balance you can start charging or you will be asked to refill your wallet.
Yes! A minimum of Rs.100 is needed to start a charging session. Once the balance is ZERO, the session will stop automatically. If the wallet amount is less than Rs.500, you will get a notification stating ‘low balance’.
On the home screen, tap on Profile, which is the second option after home.
Here, you will find the My Vehicle tab. Click on my vehicle to add your vehicle details - vehicle number, make and model. On the Home screen, you can filter the required charger and view where all it is available.
You can change your email ID through the edit option in your profile section. If you change your mobile number, you re-register in the app.
Click on the My account option on the 3 lines on the top left. Click on top-up, fill or select the amount and proceed to pay. You will be redirected to the payment page, through which you can make payment by either using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI or wallet.
Charging stations have multiple chargers and connectors. If at least one connector is available, the station will show green. If all connectors are occupied, the station will show orange, and if the station's status is temporarily unavailable, it will show grey.
Jio-bp pulse charge application allows you to locate and navigate to nearest charging point. Easily start charging, view live charging status and pay via multiple payment options.

We have a simple customer registration process, you/yourself can register by login to fuel4u.com, or we have business partners who will assist you with the onboarding process.
